An infrequent cause of gastrointestinal bleeding is the intestinal duplication, a known congenital malformation of the bowel. The clinical manifestation of the intestinal duplications depends of the size, localization and the presence or absence of gastric mucosa. The case described presented a significant lower intestinal bleeding.
