Two cases of Holoprosencefaly in newborns are presented in the Hospital Daniel Bracamonte of the city of Potosi - Bolivia; taking into account that these cases are very rare, especially those that present serious alterations of the holoprosencefaly. One of them most serious presented cyplopia. We took advantage of this opportunity to carry out a description of this group of congenital anomalies.
