Abstract Breast cáncer associated with pregnancy is usually rare, in these cases the management of the patients should consider the physiolo-gical status and fetal well-being. The diagnosis of breast cáncer during pregnancy is often complex due to physiological changes that occur with hormonal influence or because it believes are benign lesions. We report the case of a woman 34 years oíd, G3 P2, pregnancy of +/- 31 weeks by last menstrual period (LMP), tumor of the right breast , during the third quarter and third pregnancy was found a right unifocal mammary carcinoma.The patient don't refer family or heredi-tary history of breast cáncer. Intraoperative biopsy revealed invasive ductal carcinoma of medullary variety, which was staged as T2 NO MO Stage Na . It was realized a modified radical mastectomy with axillary dissection of first level, with local anesthesia , before surgery was performed lung maturation.
