The diagnosis of pseudoaneurysm of the superficial femoral artery as a complication after penetrating wound trauma is rare. His presen-tation is really outstanding belatedly and very difficult to diagnose if you have a very strong suspicion. We report the case of a man aged 17, who presented pain and swelling in his left thigh for 10 days after suffering stab wound trauma, with two barbed wire, two months ago, the physical examination has two scars from 1 cm. He underwent ultrasound linear transducer, showing no evidence of deep injury. When in doubt and a strong suspicion, was convex transducer ultrasound color Doppler flow showed characteristic "yin - yang” compatible with pseudoaneurysm, which was confirmed unequivocally with saccular dilatation Angiotomography only supports the superficial femoral artery, which was successfully resected.
