Abstract

The cervix cáncer is the more frequent gynecological wicked process associated with the pregnancy. However little objective information related with the effect of the cáncer of the uterine neck exists on the pregnancy or the impact of thepregnancy on the natural history of the cervix cáncer. (1) Our objective is to identify factors of risk that cause "morbimortalidad maternofetal" in patients that study with cervix cáncer and pregnancy. The study was carried out in the Hospital Maternal Infantile Germán Urquidi during the administrations 2004 at the 2008 where we observe that of the total of patients hospitalized in this service 95% it corresponds to obstetric cases, being the prevalent of the cervix cáncer and pregnancy of 0,04%. The most frequent complications during the pregnancy were the one bled genital, the threat of childbirth premature and the abortion threat. As for the resolution of the pregnancy in the carcinoma in situ was Caesarean + hysterectomy (66%); in the cáncer invader (ler trimester) interruption of the pregnancy with total hysterectomy, in the (3er trimester) Caesarean operation (75%) and Caesarean operation + hysterectomy (16%). During the puerpery the most frequent complication was the anemia. The behavior to take in these patients is fundamentally dependent of the age gestational and the characteristics of the lesión tumoral.
