We described a case of a 33 years old woman, with a tubal ectopic pregnancy, in the right fallopian tube, associated with an intrauterine pregnancy; treated surgically with salpingectomy, prevention of abortion about the intrauterine pregnancy, with successful results. We reviewed some aspects about the low frequency, risk factors, varied etiology, diagnostic dificulties and different therapeutic attitudes.
