The objective of the work is to make a bibliographical revisión of the published thing in Literature about this subject, and to analyze the experience of handling in these patients in the Working Hospital N° 2 CNS (personal cases). Case N° 2 (October 2006): Patient man of 47 years of age, without importance antecedents. Picture of approximately three months of evolution characterized by presence of mass in right inguinal región that exacerba with the physical efforts; reason why its surgery is programmed. Examinations of laboratory within normal parameters. Cardiological valuation: Heart clinically normal Risk I/IV. It is programmed for surgery of right inguinal Hernioplastia, finding one hernia whose contení is the cecal appendix. It is come to make appendectomy and repair of the defect with polypropylene mesh with the technique of Lichtenstein. It evolves with hematoma in cord, that is drained in a second surgery four weeks later by diagnosis of hernia recidivada.
