Resumen

OSORIO OPORTO, Gastón  y  VARGAS SOTO, Lizeth. COMPARACIÓN DE LA EFICACIA DEL BLOQUEO NEUROMUSCULAR CON BESILATO DE ATRACURIO (GENÉRICO) Y LA MOLÉCULA ORIGINAL (TRACRIUM). Gac Med Bol [online]. 2007, vol.30, n.1, pp.36-40. ISSN 1012-2966.

The present investigation have the objective to compare the pharmacodynamics characteristic of Besilatio of Atracurium (original molecule) and the Besilatio of Atracurium (Generic), trough the monitoring of the neuromuscular function with a neuromuscular peripheal stimulative; this will provide the enough information to make the rigth decision in the election o the farmaceutical product that gathers the best conditions among the pharmaceutical efectiveness and the economic part We made a prospective study with 35 patients ASA I, distributed in two groups: Group A (n=18), those to whom it was administraded the Generic drug, and Group B (n=17), those whom it was administraded the Original Molecule, with a later check through neuromuscular peripheal stimulous. We conduyed than the Besilatio of Atracurium like the original molecule have the same pharmacodynamics characteristic to produce an appropiate neuromuscular blockade, giving us the choice to choose the best economic ofert, without the fear of adquiring a drug that is not efective.

Palabras clave : Besilatio of Atracurium ; original molecule; Generic, efectiveness; cost.
