This is a prospective work done in 4 months. The principal objective was to know the patients perceptions in regards to the quality of service in the Viedma Clinical Hospital. 1200 questionnaires were done in the different medical offices, auxiliary and diagnostic services. This showed that the patients were satisfied for the service offered, reaching a average cióse to 80% , en some specialties were even higher, However this average was low in other specialities, specially when the questions were related to the human relations, which had influence en the final results of the study. This study will be used to initiate quality circles.
