ABSTRACT Analytically evaluated methodology totals hydrocarbons determinations water by infrared spectroscopy. The aim was to confirm the correct application of the method for the analysis of water, as it is a key factor for the provision of analytical services. They worked on different types of water samples were found satisfactory precision and accuracy, being followed strict protocols verification.
