MONTANO, Virginia; CHIRINO M, Ignacio  and  GEMIO, Romulo. ESTUDIO TOXICOLOGICO DE PRESENCIA DE AFLATOXINA Ml EN LECHE BOVINA RECOLECTADA DEL MUNICIPIO DE ACHACACHI. Rev. Bol. Quim [online]. 2007, vol.24, n.1, pp.90-94. ISSN 0250-5460.

ABSTRACT The afiatoxin Ml in the milk as a secondary metabolite of the mycotoxin B1 that is developed in the forages-This mycotoxin 131 suffers a biomagnitication ending excretcd in the milk like MI. It is a latent danger being eancerigenie, hepatotoxic and inmunosupresive causing sharp and chronie type intoxications in animals and humans. It attempts against food hiosecurity. Present work was analyzed by the cromatographic methocl 20 samples of five communities (Irama Belén, Chijipina grande, Taramaya, Jauirlaca, Chauira pampa) belonging to the Municipality of Achacaehi, in two epochs: In humid time (April, May) and dry time (September. August). Of the 20 samples, 5 gavie positive with concentration levels aboye the allowed 0.05ppb limits. 4 of them in humid tinte belonged to the communities of: Irama Belén. Chijipina grande, Jauirlaca, Chauira pampa with concentration levels of AFMI of: 0.18, 0.12, 0.089, 0.077pph respeetively and in dry time: 1 samplc, Irama Belén with 0.05ppb, Taramaya doesn't report presence of AFN41. The evaluated factor that influence in the presence of contamination with afiatoxin N41 in bovino milk was the temperature of the milk. Not having significance thc factors like 13/011R neithcr the pH of the milk. Both these last two factors end up being conditionings for the contamination vvith allatoxin M1 in the milk but in a first stage that is the contamination of thc food or forrage with mycotoxin 131 that will be excreted as aflatoxin M I in the milk.
