The Silica gel (60-200 mesh) J.T.Baker for column chromatography has been recovered by heating, washing with water and final activation at 110ºC, after it has been contaminated with an alcoholic extract of Inga ingoides Willd. Under this process, 50 % of separation capacity were achieved respect to a new sílica gel, after a contamination of 25% with organic material.
