This study presents analysis of the tactics and strategies of pandemic management developed in the sectors of Chorrillos and Santa Inés in the city of Viña del Mar during the period 2020 to 2022. A qualitative research methodology is used, where content analysis is applied to semi-structured interviews and Expressive Cartographic Work Days Journeys with the participation of social leaders and professionals in health and municipal management. As results, work and management modalities are identified, as well as institutional assistance responses and the tactics of community organizations associated with needs and interests. It concluded as a contribution from Social Work, with the development of socio-community strategies and possibilities of associated management.
