Violence against women in intimate partner relationships (VaW) is a structural and complex problem whose impacts are immeasurable. The university is no stranger to this reality and its staff includes women who have been assaulted by their partners, which has left indelible traces in their lives. The objective of this study was to determine the incidence of VaW in the personal lives and work performance of female employees of the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, La Paz, Bolivia. The methodology defined a mixed approach, developing a quantitative analysis based on surveys and a qualitative observation with interviews with women who experienced violence.
