Abstract The research analyzes the social relations between different actors and institutions in the intersalar region and the La Paz Altiplano, actors involved in the distribution and marketing of organic and conventional quinoa. The rescue and commercialization of grain are an important part of the productive chain. Qualitative methodology supported by quantitative data was used. This article makes visible the quinoa production chain and shows the types of intermediaries in the marketing of this grain
