The present work aims to describe and reflect the indigenous political trajectory in contexts of colonialism and Plurinational State. It emphasizes the processes of socio-political instrumentalization, hopes and frustrations of the native indigenous peasant subject in different historical periods (colonial, republican, national revolution of 1952, etc.) and the present period of the "Plurinational State", revealing its colonial character ,Clientelar, homogenizing and developmental. It aims to reflect the "modernization" of the mechanisms of state political manipulation of the indigenous, having in common the colonialist side. Those impacts and tenements that are occurring in the socio-political relations of State and indigenous societies at community and municipal level. Impacts that contribute to the generation of colonized, "developmental" indigenous political and economic elites, which far from guaranteeing a change
