Abstract: This essay goes through the lines of a relevant anticolonial thought that coins the concept of negritude to reveal the horror of the european colonial spirit against the black population and its impact on the global and Latin American orb. Retrieving the proposal of hope of this thought, a tactical inscriptions of the rights of women and forgotten people by history are claimed. As part of the diaspora, the Afro-Bolivian community is highlighted because their singularity is not considered and there is not specificity in the law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia Constitution addressing their rights.
