Indian justice systems of the national territory is formally hierarchical equality with ordinary; however, the difficulty in terms of cooperation and inter-jurisdictional coordination are dormant by the little opening of the ordinary jurisdiction of knowing the rules and procedures of rural communities; from the institutions of positive law rational procedures of justice remains positive; moreover, although indigenous justice in their territories are legitimate, but they lack normative force method with ordinary jurisdiction. Legal pluralism interpreted as various legal systems remains a formal statement, while in reality dominated by legal positivism.
