Abstract

INO DAZA, Weimar Giovanni. TEACHING OF EMERGENCY: THE CASE OF CACIQUES AND THEIR FIGHT FOR EDUCATION IN BOLIVIA (1900-1930) THEIR FIGHT FOR EDUCATION IN BOLIVIA. Temas Sociales [online]. 2016, n.39, pp.191-218. ISSN 0040-2915.

This article is a historical approach to the Bolivian education related to pedagogy of emergencies, which refers to understand the movements and subjects as "carriers pedagogies" experiences, proposals, projects and knowledge. In this study a description of the social and educational scenario in Bolivia develops during the first historical cycle, the liberal (1899-1920), but with emphasis on revival movement of the parents caciques and their struggle for education. From this it is emphasized in educational experiences, such as the Educational Center "Bartolome de las Casas" and the "Sociedad República of Qullasuyu" carrying approaches own education, self-managed, autonomous, liberating, multicultural, intercultural and content de-colonials.
