The purpose of this article was to present a systematic review of scientific research on organizational culture in tourism service companies. For this purpose, the study was conducted by analyzing information from reliable literature, as well as theoretical bases, of the category: Organizational culture, through the review of databases in Web of Science, Scielo, Scopus and EBSCOhost. Regarding the conceptualization of the variable, organizational culture defines and determines the principles and values that guide behaviors towards business performance. From the research carried out, it was determined that organizational culture is important for business success, as it is the essential structure, manifested in the effort and collaboration that must exist in the members, which influences the behavior of the company and its ability to achieve the desired objectives.
