The principal aim of the investigation is to know the influence of the equity of kind in the emprendimientos across the identification of the characteris-tics and aspects of the merchants. It is of type explorativo and descriptively applied to the small and medium trades of the Parish El Retiro. For the methodology one uses surveys for knowing the opinion of the entrepre-neurs and from it one develops tests chi square of independence to estab-lish interpretive analyses. The results determine to the aspect opportunity of business influential factor for the equity of kind unlike the characteris-tics not related to the profiles.
