Resumen

CONCHA FLORES, Luis Fernando. The natural law, the good and living well in the bolivian constitution a cognitive Iusphilosophical claim of the concept. Rev. Jur. Der. [online]. 2022, vol.11, n.16, pp.35-54. ISSN 2413-2810.

Abstract With the new Constitution, the concept of Living Well acquired prominence in public discussion and in the claims of the peoples. Its recognition was not accidental and during the constitutional process it denoted certain reflective debates. However, it faces criticism for its symbolic use without practical repercussion in the areas of coexistence, as well as for its insufficient legal and jusphilosophical deepening. This article aims to identify practical reasons for “living well” as a central legal principle in the Constitution, in a cognitive and teleological approach as a rational alternative to understand the normative nature of the Bolivian Constitution

Palabras clave : living well; common good; practical reason.
