Abstract: This essay shows an analysis of an integral reading of the First Chapter (Jurisdictional Guarantees) that corresponds to Title IV (Jurisdictional Guarantees and Defense Actions) of the First Part of the Political Constitution of the State (Fundamental Bases of the State Law, Duties and Guarantees). This analysis privilege the guarantee of direct applicability of fundamental rights in the context of the constitutional doctrine on the matter. This essay also presents the constitutional tradition on the subject and the constituent will that enables its interpretation according to the provisions of article 196 that privileges the interpretation of the Constitutional Court according to the documents, acts and resolutions of the constituents.
