Abstract This article presents a study aboutthe notion of value, as an ethical category, in the context of the managerial governance, a specially relevant topic for the moral well-being of the 21st century. With such an object, economic and moral spheres of value are analyzed, complementing them with a study of ethics applicable to the binomial value-price. Finally, the work ends up by proposing a methodology for the determination of values applicable to every specific culture , following managerial maxims logic.
