The need to optimize learning in higher education has led to the integration of technological resources in order to implement students' knowledge. Therefore, the objective of the study was to identify the development of the TPACK model in higher education, describing the main contributions that occur in different educational contexts. Thus, the methodology of systematic review of sources between 2020 and 2022 was applied, 90 studies were found, prior to criteria, 10 articles were selected. The search was done using descriptors such as "TPACK model, "pedagogical technology", "digital knowledge", "higher education". These studies were taken from databases such as Exlibris, ProQuest and EBSCO Host. The conclusion was that through the TPACK model, the areas of technological skills, methodological content and knowledge of the area being taught are enhanced. The relevance is given in problem solving through motivation and dynamization of learning.
