Currently, Long Life Learning (LLL) is presented as a conception intended to empower the development of people towards full practice of their potentialities, giving them access to the knowledge in any stage of their lifes. Universities have the role of bring closer educational offers and the needs of their beneficiaries. In this process, they need to realize the opportunity LLL brings them, to flexibilize managerial and normative matters, to recognize competencies achieved in non-academic environments and to promote its continuity.
