Abstract

The objective of this article is to describe the challenges and innovations that have been developed within the institutional management under the circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic. A systematic review was conducted, i.e. the analysis of articles found in the last two years within scientific databases such as Scielo, Scopus, academic google, among others. Regarding the results reviewed in the years 2020-2021, it was found the support of the importance towards the objectives, emotions and soft skills of the students, generated by a good organization and planning in the teaching and learning dynamics. Finally, it was determined that institutional management must continue to improve in order to fulfill the vision and mission of the educational institutions, involving active participation, identity and collaboration of parents, teachers, directors and students as a whole.
