Two years after the COVID-19 pandemic, society was affected in socio-emotional health, especially in university students. The objective was to determine the effect of the application of the "Sapere Aude" program on anxiety in first cycle philosophy students of a university in Lima. The research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design, to which the Zung Anxiety Test was applied. The sample consisted of 12 students in group A and 14 university students in group B control. Averages differed by 1.78 in their comparison; also the differences in the t-Student statistic were not significant (t (24) = ,457; p > .005); with values higher than 60%. The application of the "Sapere Aude" program had a positive and significant effect on anxiety management. This allowed us to have an interdisciplinary view from Philosophy, Theology and Psychology
