The structuralist thought of ECLAC in the 1950s and 1960s: a historical balance - theoretical and critical

Resumen: Comprende una crítica teórica metodológica a los principales postulados de la CEPAL, desarrollados durante la década de los años 50 y 60, en sus cuatro ejes teóricos para realizar un balance histórico, teórico y crítico, y establecer sus alcances y limitaciones de dicha teoría.

Abstrac: It includes a methodological theoretical critique of the main postulates of ECLAC, developed during the decade of the 50s and 60s, in its four theoretical axes to carry out a historical, theoretical and critical balance, and establish its scope and limitations of said theory.

¿Easy releases or collective conciencie? A guaranteed critique of the traditional anti-mafia

Resumen: La crisis desencadenada a raíz de la emergencia COVID 19, tuvo también repercusiones en el ámbito penitenciario, provocando en marzo de 2020, varios episodios de descontento en diferentes centros distribuidos por el territorio italiano. A la represión que los siguió, se le añadió un amplio despliegue mediático, que asoció las revueltas a una acción multidireccional por parte de la criminalidad organizada, provocando así un corte en los beneficios de los que los detenidos condenados por asociación ilícita de carácter mafioso tendrían derecho por ley. El estudio está centrado en los procesos de construcción social de la antimafia en relación con la penalidad, utilizando el recurso a la conciencia colectiva, como instrumento de cohesión social. Este aporte, es una reflexión entre el movimiento, las políticas y los discursos sobre la antimafia y el justicialismo penal italiano.

Abstrac: The crisis triggered by the COVID 19 emergency also had repercussions in the penitentiary field, causing in March 2020 several episodes of discontent in different centers distributed throughout the Italian territory. To the repression that followed, was added a wide media coverage, which associated the riots with a multidirectional action by organized crime, thus causing a cut in the benefits that the detainees convicted of illicit association of a mafia nature would have right by law. The study is focused on the processes of social construction of the anti-mafia in relation to criminality, using the resource of collective consciousness as an instrument of social cohesion. This contribution is a reflection between the movement, the policies and the discourses on the anti-mafia, and the Italian penal justicialism.

Resumen La ropa hospitalaria puede ser una fuente potencial de patógenos y requiere un apropiado manejo y procesamiento para disminuir el riesgo de transmisión de microorganismos, por lo que su tratamiento merece tener una atención especial. Los lavaderos hospitalarios deben ajustarse a normas que aseguran el buen manejo de la ropa contaminada, constituyéndose en un eslabón muy importante dentro de los servicios. Desde la recolección de la ropa usada hasta su egreso del lavadero perfectamente limpia, se debe tener mucho cuidado en el tratamiento de cada prenda, a fin de cuidar la salud de los pacientes y trabajadores, preservar la integridad de la ropa y finalmente cuidar el gasto que se produce al tener procesos mal ejecutados. El objetivo es conseguir la mayor eficiencia de este sector en coherencia con las normativas vigentes. La finalidad es aportar una mejora en el servicio de salud en un tema poco tratado pero crítico en las instituciones hospitalarias.

Abstract: Hospital clothing can be a potential source of pathogens and requires proper handling and processing to reduce the risk of transmission of microorganisms, so its treatment deserves special attention. Hospital laundries must comply with standards that ensure proper handling of contaminated clothing, constituting a very important link within the services. From the collection of used clothing to its exit from the perfectly clean laundry, great care must be taken in the treatment of each garment, in order to take care of the health of patients and workers, preserve the integrity of the clothing and finally take care of the expense that is produced by having poorly executed processes. The objective is to achieve the greatest efficiency in this sector in coherence with current regulations. The purpose is to provide an improvement in the health service in a subject that is little treated but critical in hospital institutions.

Network marketing. Conceptualization, origin and identification of companies use it.

Resumen: El network marketing también conocido como marketing multinivel, marketing de red o red de mercadeo, es un sistema de distribución o forma de marketing que mueve bienes y/o servicios del fabricante hacia el consumidor por medio de una red, en la que los vendedores son retribuidos no solo por las ventas que ellos mismos generan sino también por las ventas generadas por los vendedores que forman parte de su estructura. Es utilizado por muchas empresas para distribuir sus productos y/o servicios, donde se crea una red de consumidores que se convierten en multiplicadores de las ventas, a través de la recomendación y los buenos testimonios. El presente tiene como objetivo realizar una conceptualización de lo que es el Network marketing, cual es el origen del network marketing, sus ventajas y desventajas, como también se identifica cuáles son las empresas que aplican este modelo en Santiago de Cali.

Abstract: Network marketing, also known as multilevel marketing, network marketing or network marketing, is a distribution system or form of marketing that moves goods and / or services from the manufacturer to the consumer through a network, in which sellers are remunerated not only by the sales that they generate but also by the sales generated by the sellers that are part of its structure. It is used by many companies to distribute their products and / or services, where a network of consumers is created that becomes multipliers of sales, through recommendation and good testimonies. The purpose of this is to conceptualize what network marketing is, what is the origin of network marketing, its advantages and disadvantages, as well as to identify the companies that apply this model in Santiago de Cali.

The winding path of herd immunization

Resumen: La investigación analiza el proceso de inmunización contra él COVID-19 en Bolivia, respaldado por seis tipos de vacunas, provenientes de cinco países. Los contagios por coronavirus, transitan el pico más alto de la Pandemia de 14.461 infectados; inducidos por las variantes del virus que circula en el país y el 45,6% los vacunados con esquema completo en la población mayor a 5 años; además del descontento social de grupos de ciudadanos “antivacunas”; los datos alientan el deterioro del crecimiento económico de la gestión, por debajo del pronóstico del Banco Mundial.

Abstract: The research analyzes the immunization process against COVID-19 in Bolivia, supported by six types of vaccines, from five countries. The contagions by coronavirus, transit the highest peak of the Pandemic of 14,461 infected; induced by the variants of the virus that circulates in the country and 45.6% those vaccinated with a complete schedule in the population older than 5 years; in addition to the social discontent of “anti-vaccine” citizen groups; the data encourages the deterioration of the economic growth of the management, below the forecast of the World Bank.
