AFTER - SCHOOL ENRICHMENT WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN WITH HIGH CAPACITT

El taller de enriquecimiento curricular basado en actividades diseñado para niñas/os con altas capacidades tiene como objetivo ofrecer una serie de experiencias de aprendizaje amplias y abstractas adaptadas a la complejidad cognitiva de estos alumnos. Pretenden favorecer el desarrollo de habilidades referidas a la competencia socio-cognitiva, como ser: razonamiento, creatividad, solución de situaciones novedosas, toma de decisiones, empatia y relaciones interpersonales. Las actividades y materiales recogen experiencias de aprendizaje que han permitido trabajar de manera divertida y creativa, motivando el ingenio a la solución de problemas y situaciones novedosas

The workshop curriculum based enrichment activities designed for high ability students aims to offer a broad range of experiences and abstract learning adapted to the cognitive complexity of these students. Aim to encourage the development of skills related to the socio-cognitive competence, such as: reasoning, creativity, problem novel situations, decisión making, empathy and interpersonal relationships. THE UNCONSTITUTIONÁL FOR DEFAULTIN THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT JURISPRUDENCE BOLIVIANO

El Tribunal Constitucional de Bolivia, ahora denominado Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional, es un órgano indispensable del ordenamiento jurídico boliviano ya que busca la protección de la Constitución como máximo objetivo. Es en éste afán que dicho tribunal ha incorporado por la vía jurisprudencial una figura jurídica que se denomina inconstitucionalidad por omisión, en el presente trabajo de investigación se observará su paulatino proceso de inclusión, de esta manera se presenciará el nacimiento de una institución jurídica

El objetivo del presente trabajo es introducir a los usuarios de las herramientas financieras Valor Actual Neto y Tasa Interna de Retorno en las cuestiones inherentes a su aplicación para la evaluación y selección de proyectos de inversión: utilidad, interpretación de resultados, supuestos implícitos en los cálculos, errores y restricciones. Se presentarán las herramientas Valor Actual Neto modificado y TIR modificada como alternativa para solucionar esos supuestos, errores y restricciones.

This article explores the notion of Perception from the point of view of Merleau-Ponty's phenomenology and Arnold Gehlen's Anthropobiology, starting with two privileged dimensions of the relationship Man-World: self-perceived and symbolic motility, and culture as transformative action. It is exposed in three sections: On perception; Relationship Man-World; and A culture for nature.
