"REVALORIZAR LO QUE DEBEMOS SABER PARA PROTEGER NUESTRA SALUD ALIMENTARIA" RELACIONES ENTRE LOS ELEMENTOS, ACTORES Y CONOCIMIENTOS DE LOS SISTEMAS SOCIO-ECOLÓGICOS DE TIRAQUE, QUE PERMITEN LA CO-CONSTRUCCIÓN DE POLÍTICAS PARA LA PROTECCIÓN DE FUENTES DE AGUA Y LA SOBERANÍA ALIMENTARIA

Este trabajo narra las acciones de apropiarse y democratizar la comunicación que desarrollan actores diversos de la comunidad de aprendizaje de Tiraque Cochabamba, como parte de una experiencia de interacción social, para establecer vínculos duraderos que fortalezcan la co-construcción de conocimiento que solo se puede lograr a partir de la continuidad legítima de los procesos; con el fin de formular políticas para protección de fuentes de agua en la región, que garanticen la salud alimentaria de la comunidad.

This work narrates the actions of appropriating and democratizing the communication developed by diverse actors of the Tiraque Cochabamba learning community, as part of an experience of social interaction, to establish lasting links that strengthen the co-construction of knowledge that can only be achieve from the legitimate continuity of the processes; in order to formulate policies for the protection of water sources in the region, which guarantee the food health of the community.

EQUILIBRIO INFORMATIVO EN LA RAZÓN Y EN PÁGINA SIETE EN LAS ELECCIONES GENERALES DE 2014

Este artículo tiene el objetivo de analizar el estado de equilibrio informativo de los principales diarios de circulación nacional de la ciudad de La Paz, La Razón y Página Siete, en la cobertura periodística de las Elecciones Generales de 2014. Para alcanzarlo se utilizan los métodos generales de investigación, la técnica de análisis de contenido y el instrumento de medición de equilibrio informativo, diseñado por el Observatorio Global de Medios y Marín (2007). El estudio es de carácter descriptivo, está formado por una muestra de dos semanas compuestas. Los resultados indican que el tratamiento general de las noticias fue medianamente equilibrado, obteniendo 3,75 puntos de siete indicadores de forma y contenido informativo, en los que los periodistas se destacaron más que los medios de comunicación en la producción noticiosa. This work aims to analyze the state of information balance during the journalistic coverage of the 2014's General Elections by La Razón and Página Siete which are the main newspapers in La Paz, Bolivia with national circulation. General research methods, the content analysis technique and the measurement of information balance toolkit designed by the Observatorio Global de Medios and Marin (2007) were applied during this research. A descriptive analysis was performed on a sample of two composite weeks. The results demonstrate that the news general treatment was moderately balanced, obtaining 3.75 points in the seven indicators of form and informative content in which the journalist stood out more than the media in the news production.

CIBERFEMINISMO: SOBRE EL USO DE LA TECNOLOGÍA PARA LA ACCIÓN POLÍTICA DE LAS MUJERES

Este es un artículo que reflexiona la relación mujeres y la tecnología, desde una revisión teórica y conceptual desde los 80. En él se definirá el ciberfeminismo y la importancia de la acción política, sin olvidar la complejidad e importancia de entender la relación consumo y producción.

This is an article that reflects the relationship between women and technology, from a theoretical and conceptual review since the 80's. In it, cyberfeminism and the importance of political action will be defined, without forgetting the complexity and importance of understanding the consumption relationship and production.

#GOLPEDEESTADO Y #FRAUDEENBOLIVIA: UN ANÁLISIS DE LAS COMUNIDADES DIGITALES EN LA CRISIS DEL 20/O

El artículo tiene por objetivo interpretar la conformación de las comunidades digitales en torno a los hashtags #GolpeDeEstado y #FraudeEnBolivia extendidos a través del Twitter en la crisis boliviana del 20/O (del 10 al 12 de noviembre de 2019). Para ello, se aplicó una metodología cuantitativa basada en el análisis de redes digitales y de redes semánticas. El artículo permite visualizar gráficamente la composición de las comunidades digitales desde las redes de actores, análisis de tendencias y redes semánticas. En el caso de #GolpeDeEstado, se ve la articulación de una comunidad que tiene como centro a @evoespueblo, cuenta oficial de Twitter del ex presidente boliviano Evo Morales. En cambio, #FraudeEnBolivia se conforma de manera desorganizada con comunidades que salen de la sociedad civil boliviana. Ambos hashtags presentan una pugna política a nivel internacional que lleva a revaluar el alcance de la participación democrática.

The article has the objective to understand the conformation of the digital communities around the hastags #GolpeDeEstado (coup) and #FraudeEnBolivia (electoral fraud in Bolivia) in the Twitter during Bolivian crisis of October 20th (from the 10th to the 12th of November, 2019). A quantitative methodology was applied based on the digital networks analysis and semantic networks. The article gives graphics about the composition of the digital communities through the actor's networks, trends analysis and semantic networks. In the case of #GolpeDeEstado, the articulation of the community has as centre @evoespueblo, official account in Twitter of the former Bolivian President Evo Morales Ayma. On the other hand, #FraudeEnBolivia has a random shape based on communities that comes from Bolivian civil society. Both hashtags present a political dispute in an international level that opens the possibility to revalue the democratic participation reach.

Junto a Ricur intentamos descubrir la identidad desde los aportes de la lingüística. Así, bajo la égida de la pregunta "quién" analizamos, por un lado, las contribuciones de la semántica: cuando designamos, ¿de quién o de qué hablamos? Y, por otro, desde la pragmática y por ende en un contexto de interlocución, ¿quién es el que está hablando?
