  • Citations and bibliographical references in IEEE format.

  • Article´s title (in Spanish and English)

Process to evaluate and approve articles:

When the article is received, the editor sends it for evaluation to two reviewers, who are members of the editorial board or invited reviewers.

The evaluation criteria are related to the originality of the article, the relevance, the methodology and the supporting literature.

If the reviewers do suggestions or ask for modifications, the author is notified and a due date is settled to re-send the modified article according to the reviewer’s evaluation.

In order to be accepted for publication, at least two reviewers must agree in acceptance for publication. When the first two reviewers do not agree, the article is sent to a third reviewer.

The evaluation and approval follows the “double blind review” modality, in order to keep anonymous the identity of both the author and the reviewers. This also avoids possible conflict of interest issues.

Above the abstract of every article, the reception and final approval dates are shown.
